405U.K.In section 95(11) of the Water Act 1989 (vesting in successor company of liability for loans not to affect directions by the Treasury under section 581 of ICTA) for “section 581 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988” substitute “ section 755 of the Income Tax (Trading and Other Income) Act 2005 ”.
