1086 Right to copy of material on the register U.K.

(1) Any person may require a copy of any material on the register [F1 that is available for public inspection].

(2) The fee for any such copy of material derived from [F2 an enhanced disclosure document] (see section 1078), whether in hard copy or electronic form, must not exceed the administrative cost of providing it.
