79(1)Section 124 (liability of bailiff for neglect to levy execution) is amended as follows.E+W

(2)In subsection (1)—

(a)for the words from “a bailiff” to “the execution” substitute [F1the county court] issues a warrant of execution, control, possession or delivery and the person to whom it is directed loses the opportunity of executing it ”;
