10(1)Section 31 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 (defences based on Article 31(1) of the Refugee Convention) is amended as follows.U.K.
(2)In subsection (3), for paragraph (aa) substitute—
“(aa)section 4 or 6 of the Identity Documents Act 2010;”.
(3)In subsection (4), for paragraph (ba) substitute—
“(ba)under section 4 or 6 of the Identity Documents Act 2010,”.
