6(1)Section 125 of AFA 2006 (powers of Director of Service Prosecutions in respect of charge allocated for Court Martial trial) is amended as follows.U.K.

(a)insert “ or ” after paragraph (a); and
(b)omit paragraph (c) and the “or” preceding it.
(3)Omit subsection (4).
