There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Public Service Pensions Act 2013, Paragraph 17.
17U.K.In section 93 (procedure for regulatory functions), in subsection (2), after paragraph (b) there is inserted—
“(ba)the power to appoint a skilled person in relation to a public service pension scheme under section 14A,”.
