64(1)Schedule 1 to the Commissioners for Revenue and Customs Act 2005 (former Inland Revenue matters where functions vest in officers of Revenue and Customs) is amended as follows.E+W
(2)In paragraph 26 (ordinary statutory paternity pay), for “Ordinary statutory” there is substituted “ Statutory ”.
(3)Paragraph 26A (additional statutory paternity pay) is repealed.
(4)After paragraph 26A there is inserted—
“26BStatutory shared parental pay.”

Impact Assessments
Impact Assessments generally accompany all UK Government interventions of a regulatory nature that affect the private sector, civil society organisations and public services. They apply regardless of whether the regulation originates from a domestic or international source and can accompany primary (Acts etc) and secondary legislation (SIs).
