11U.K.In section 10 (notice requirements in relation to orders), in subsection (4)—
(a)omit the word “and” at the end of paragraph (a);
(b)after that paragraph insert—
“(aa)in relation to a serious crime prevention order in Scotland, the Lord Advocate;”.
