There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Parking Places (Variation of Charges) Act 2017, Section 1.
(1)Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (variation of charges at off-street parking places) is amended as follows.
(2)In subsection (4), after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)consultation about their proposal;”.
(3)After subsection (4) insert—
“(4A)Regulations under this section may make different provision for different purposes.”.
