There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Technical and Further Education Act 2017, Paragraph 22.
22(1)Section A2I (transfer of copyright in standards and assessment plans) is amended as follows.E+W
(2)In subsection (1), for paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a)a standard is approved by the Institute under section ZA11 or an apprenticeship assessment plan is approved by the Institute under section A2, and”.
(3)In subsection (3), after “standard or” insert “ apprenticeship ”.
