4(1)A person ceases to be a director of the Delivery Authority on becoming—U.K.
(a)a member of either House of Parliament,
(b)a Minister of the Crown,
(c)a member of either of the House Commissions,
[F1(d)the Corporate Officer of the House of Commons or the Corporate Officer of the House of Lords, or
(e)employed (under a contract of employment) by the House of Commons Commission, by the Corporate Officer of the House of Lords or by the Corporate Officers as a member of staff of a joint department of the two Houses.]
(2)But sub-paragraph (1)(a) [F2and (e)] does not apply in the case of a director within paragraph 1(1)(c).
