3In section 137 of the Energy Act 2004 (new standard conditions for transmission licences), in subsection (3)—
(a)omit the “or” after paragraph (e), and
(b)after paragraph (f) insert “or
(g)under the Nuclear Energy (Financing) Act 2022,”.
