Building Safety Act 2022, Paragraph 10 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 05 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
10(1)Section 7 is amended as follows.E+W
(2)In subsection (1)(a) for the words from “document” to “provision” substitute “relevant approved document”.
(3)After subsection (1) insert—
“(1A)In subsection (1) “relevant approved document” means a document approved for the purposes of the provision that applies in relation to the work in question.”
