There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Health and Care Act 2022, Paragraph 38.
38In section 4 of the London Local Authorities Act 1991 (interpretation of Part 2), in paragraph (d) of the definition of “establishment for special treatment”, for “a clinical commissioning group under the National Health Service Act 2006 (including by virtue of section 7A of that Act)” substitute “an integrated care board under the National Health Service Act 2006”.
