Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022, Paragraph 7 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 01 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
7(1)Schedule 5 is amended as follows.E+W
(2)In paragraph 7(2)(b), after “before a youth court” insert “or, if the offender is aged 18 or over, a magistrates’ court other than a youth court.”
(3)In paragraph 9—
(a)in sub-paragraph (1), after “a youth court” insert “or other magistrates’ court”;
(b)in sub-paragraph (6), for “youth court” substitute “magistrates’ court”.
