There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023, Paragraph 20.
20In section 1(3) of the Local Government Grants (Social Need) Act 1969 (provision for grants), for “and a combined authority established under section 103 of that Act” substitute “, a combined authority established under section 103 of that Act and a combined county authority established under section 9(1) of the Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023”.
