212In section 22(3) of the Bus Services Act 2017 (bus companies: limitation of powers of authorities in England), in the definition of “relevant authority”, after paragraph (c) insert—
“(ca)a combined county authority established under section 9(1) of the Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023;”.
