There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023, Paragraph 76.
76In section 72(5) (accounts and audit), after paragraph (c) insert—
“(d)a combined county authority established under section 9(1) of the Levelling-up and Regeneration Act 2023.”
