For the purposes of any proceedings under this Act in respect of the employment of children in contravention of . . . F1, [F2section one hundred and thirty six of the M1Education (Scotland) Act 1962,] or section one of the M2Employment of Women, Young Persons and Children Act 1920 (being enactments which prohibit the employment of children in factories [F3and], mines F4. . . and, so far as they relate to mines F4. . ., are incorporated with this Act), the references in section one hundred and sixty of this Act to a young person shall be construed as including references to a child within the meaning of . . . F1 the said section seventeen or the said section one, as the case may be.
