3. The provisions referred to in article 2 above are—
(a)section 13(1) and Schedule 5 (striking off of non-trading private companies registered in Great Britain);
(b)section 13(2) and paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 6 (striking off of non-trading private companies registered in Northern Ireland), insofar as is necessary to enable regulations to be made under Articles 603B(6)(f) and 603C(2)(f) of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986(1);
(c)section 39 (Chapter II: consequential amendments) so far as relating to section 2(1) of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 1986(2); and
(d)in Schedule 11 (miscellaneous deregulatory provisions: consequential amendments), paragraph 6.
