Minor and consequential amendments of other Acts

7.  In the following interpretation provisions, namely—

(a) section 132(1) of the Medicines Act 1968(1);

(b) section 37(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971(2); and

(c) section 11(2) of the Poisons Act 1972(3),

in the definition of “dentist”, for the words “EEC practitioners” there are substituted the words “EEA practitioners”.
