38.  The total of a claimant’s income or, if he is a member of a family, the family’s income and the income of any person which he is treated as possessing under regulation 88(4) (calculation of income and capital of members of claimant’s family and of a polygamous marriage) to be disregarded under regulations 132(2)(b) and 133(1)(c) (calculation of covenant income where a contribution assessed), regulation 136(2) (treatment of student loans)[F1, regulation 136A(3) (treatment of payments from access funds)] and [F2paragraph 17] shall in no case exceed £20 per [F3benefit week].
