4. The following provisions of the 1999 Act shall come into force on 3rd July 2000:
(a)section 328, insofar as it is not already in force;
(b)section 329;
(c)section 330;
(d)section 331;
(e)section 332;
(f)section 333;
(g)Schedule 28, insofar as it is not already in force;
(h)Schedule 29; and
(i)Part VIII of Schedule 34.
