7.—(1) The Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Levy) Regulations 1997(1) shall be amended in accordance with this regulation.
(2) In regulation 1(2) (citation, commencement and interpretation)—
(a)in the definition of “member”—
(i)in sub-paragraph (a)(ii) delete “or”;
(ii)at the end of sub-paragraph (a)(iii) insert
“or
(iv)has pension credit rights under the scheme;”; and
(iii)in sub-paragraph (b) after “scheme” where it last appears insert “, including a member who has pension credit rights under the scheme”; and
(b)after the definition of “member” insert the following definition—
““pension credit rights” has the meaning given by section 101B of the 1993 Act;”.
