20. In section 19 of the Dartford-Thurrock Crossing Act 1988 (exemption from tolls)(1), in paragraph (b), for “or a Special Health Authority established under section 11 of that Act” there is substituted “, a Special Health Authority established under section 11 of that Act or a Primary Care Trust established under section 16A of that Act”.
