There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2001, Section 3.
3. The repeal of section 134(5) of the 1980 Act commenced by article 2(2)(d) and (1) shall not have effect in relation to any offence under section 134 of that Act committed before 1st April 2001.
