2.—(1) 20th July 2001 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the provisions of the Act listed in Part 1 of the Schedule to this Order, for all purposes.
(2) 3rd September 2001 is the day appointed for the coming into force of the provisions of the Act listed in Part 2 of that Schedule, for the purposes indicated there (or, where no purposes are indicated, for all purposes).
