16. There shall be added to the descriptions of income listed in section 16(1) (retirement pension income) the following [F1paragraphs]—
“(k)any sum payable by way of pension out of money provided under the Civil List Act 1837M1, the Civil List Act 1937M2, the Civil List Act 1952M3, the Civil List Act 1972 M4 or the [F2Civil List Act 1975] M5[F3;
(1) any payment, other than a payment ordered by a court or made in settlement of a claim, made by or on behalf of a former employer of a person on account of the early retirement of that person on grounds of ill-health or disability.]
[F4(m)any payment made at regular intervals under an equity release scheme.]
[F5(n)any payment made under the Financial Assistance Scheme Regulations 2005.”]
