There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Enterprise Act 2002 (Protection of Legitimate Interests) Order 2003, Section 13.
13.—(1) Schedule 2 (which provides for enforcement action in European intervention notice cases) shall have effect.
(2) The [F1CMA] may advise the Secretary of State in relation to the taking by her of enforcement action under Schedule 2.
