There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Enterprise Act 2002 (Anticipated Mergers) Order 2003, Section 4.
4. In the case of any reference where the [F1CMA] exercises its discretion under section 27(5) or 29(1) of the Act (as substituted by this Order) section 36(2)(a) and (b) of the Act shall have effect as if the words “or has resulted” were inserted after “ result ”.
