13. For regulation 32(1) substitute—
“(1) This regulation makes provision in connection with the right of appeal—
(a)under section 56(1)(a) of the 1983 Act(1), from the decision of a registration officer regarding an application for registration;
(b)under section 56(1)(aa) of the 1983 Act(2), from the decision of a registration officer made in accordance with regulations 31C to 31F(3) that a person was not entitled to be registered or, as the case may be, has ceased to satisfy the conditions for registration set out in section 4 of the 1983 Act;
(c)under section 56(1)(ab) of the 1983 Act(4), from a determination of the registration officer under section 9B(2) of the 1983 Act(5), made in accordance with regulation 31H.”.
