There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 (Commencement No. 4) Order 2006, Section 3.
3. The following provisions of the 2005 Act shall come into force on 6 April 2006—
(a)section 49(4);
(b)section 49(2) and (6), in so far as not already in force;
(c)section 49(8) for the purpose of enabling guidance to be given by the Secretary of State under section 52(8A)(a) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990;
(d)section 49(9);
(e)the following provisions of paragraph 3 of Schedule 4—
(i)sub-paragraphs (1) to (4); and
(ii)sub-paragraph (6) for the purposes of amendments to section 52(1) and (3) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990,
and section 106 in so far as it relates to those provisions.
