5. The repeal by article 5 of paragraphs 2, 2A and 2B of Schedule 7 to the 1985 Act(1) and of paragraphs 2, 2A and 2B of Schedule 7 to the 1986 Order(2) (directors’ interests) does not affect the operation of these provisions in relation to any directors’ report referred to in section 234 of the 1985 Act(3) or Article 242 of the 1986 Order(4) that is approved before 6th April 2007.
