92. In section 6A(5)(d) (attendance of representatives of Commission at election etc)(1) for “section 8 of the Government of Wales Act 1998 (vacancies in constituency seats)” substitute “section 10 of the Government of Wales Act 2006 (constituency vacancies)” .
