There are currently no known outstanding effects for the The Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 (Commencement No.4) (England) Order 2007, Section 2.
2. The following provisions of the 2005 Act shall come into force on 6th March 2007—
(a)paragraphs 5 to 9 of Schedule 4 (making minor amendments to the Environmental Protection Act 1990(1));
(b)paragraphs 14 to 19 of Schedule 4 (making minor amendments to the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003(2));
(c)Part 2 of Schedule 5 to the extent it is not already in force (repealing certain provisions of the Environmental Protection Act 1990); and
(d)Part 9 of Schedule 5 to the extent it is not already in force.
