69. Section 10(2) (saving of section 22 of the Fair Trading Act 1973 and orders made under it) shall cease to have effect (and accordingly the provisions of the Fair Trading Act 1973 referred to in Schedule 4 are repealed to the extent specified there, subject to any provision of that Schedule).U.K.
