145.—(1) The Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 1993 is amended as follows.

(2) In section 123(2)(b) M1 (transfer to Department of rights and remedies: preferential debts), after “made under that order)” insert “ or any provision of the Companies Acts (as defined in section 2(1) of the Companies Act 2006) ”.

(3) In section 145(6) M2 (procedure on investigation: disclosure of information), omit paragraph (h).

(4) In paragraph 4(1) of Schedule 3 (priority in bankruptcy etc: meaning of “relevant date”), for “Article 205(3) of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986” substitute “ Section 754(3) of the Companies Act 2006 ”.
