229.—(1) Section 40 of that Act (existing companies: Scottish charities) is amended as follows.U.K.
(2) For the heading substitute “ Becoming a community interest company: Scottish charities ”.
(3) In subsection (4) M1 for “by special resolution change its name to comply with section 33” substitute “ become a community interest company ”.
(4) In subsection (5) M2 for “section 28(6) of the 1985 Act” substitute “ section 38A ”.
