116.—(1) Section 333A of the Greater London Authority Act 1999(1) (London housing strategy) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (8)—
(a)after paragraph (a) insert—
“(ab)the Regulator of Social Housing;”, and
(b)in paragraph (b) for “registered social landlord” substitute “private registered providers of social housing”.
(3) In subsection (10) omit the definition of “registered social landlord”.
