100.  In Schedule 18 (transitional provisions)—U.K.

(a)in paragraph 9 (continuation notices), after sub-paragraph (14) insert—

(14A) Sections 185 to 191 apply to a dispute relating to a provision of a kind mentioned in paragraph (4), other than a dispute relating to provision that OFCOM have power to include in SMP apparatus conditions, as they apply to disputes of a kind mentioned in subsections (1A) and (2) of section 185., and

(b)in paragraph 13(8) (enforcement: breaches of licence conditions) at the end insert “ , as amended by Directive 2009/140/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council ”.
