79. Paragraph 370 has effect as if it read—
“370. In the Serious Crime Act 2007(1), in section 39 (compliance with orders: authorised monitors), in subsection (10), in the definition of “law enforcement agency”, before paragraph (a) insert—
“(za)the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis;”.”.
