9.—(1) The Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 82 (development consent: review) omit paragraphs (2), (3), (5) and (6).
(3) In regulation 83(2) (interpretation of Chapter 2) substitute—
“(2) In regulations 81 and 82, the terms “development” and “development consent” have the meanings given by the Planning Act 2008(2).”.
S.I. 2010/490; amended by S.I. 2011/625. There are other amending instruments but none are relevant to these Regulations.
