17. In section 72A(1) (amounts attributable to services)—
(a)for “rent assessment committee” substitute “appropriate tribunal”, and
(b)for “committee” substitute “tribunal”.
Section 72A was inserted by paragraph 47 of Schedule 2 to the Social Security (Consequential Provisions) Act 1992 (c. 6).
