91. In section 41B(1) (provision of information as to exemption from council tax), for “rent assessment committee”, in both places, substitute “the appropriate tribunal”.
Section 41B was inserted by the Local Government Finance (Housing) (Consequential Amendments) Order 1993 (S.I. 1993/651).
