5. In consequence of provision made by article 4(b) in section 88E(1)(b) of the 1998 Act (variation of admission arrangements)(1) omit “in view of a major change in circumstances occurring since they were so determined”.
Section 88E was inserted by section 151(1) and (4) of the Education and Skills Act 2008 (c. 25).
