7. In section 55Z2 (notification of EBA) M1—U.K.
(a)at the end of subsection (1)(a) omit “or”;
(b)at the end of subsection (1)(b), insert “ and the reasons for the cancellation; or ”;
(c)after subsection (1)(b) insert—
“(c)the giving by it of a Part 4A permission to a credit institution whose head office is not in an EEA State.”.
