47. In paragraph 1 of Schedule 2 (remissions and part remissions: interpretation) to the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) (Judicial Review) (England and Wales) Fees Order 2011(1), in the definition of “excluded benefits” in sub-paragraph (1)—
(a)omit “and” at the end of paragraph (f); and
(b)after paragraph (g) insert—
“and
(h)personal independence payment under Part 4 of the Welfare Reform Act 2012;”.
