2. The following provisions of the Child Maintenance and Other Payments Act 2008 come into force, for the purpose only of making regulations, on the day after the day on which this Order is made—
(a)section 19 (transfer of cases to new rules), so far as relating to the paragraphs referred to in paragraph (b);
(b)paragraphs 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7 of Schedule 5 (maintenance calculations: transfer of cases to new rules)(1).
