7. The amendments made by section 80 of the Act do not apply in respect of a contravention of a code approved under section 121 of the Communications Act 2003(1), directions given in accordance with such a code or an order made under section 122 of the Communications Act 2003 where that contravention occurs or begins before the commencement of section 80.
