Water Industry Act 1991 (c. 56)

53. In paragraph 8(2) of Schedule 4A(1) to the Water Industry Act 1991 (premises that are not to be disconnected for non-payment of charges) in the definition of “care home” after paragraph (b) insert—
“(c)a building or part of a building in which accommodation is provided under Part 1 of the Care Act 2014;”.

Schedule 4A was inserted by the Water Industry Act 1999 (c. 9), section 17, and amended by the Care Standards Act 2000 (c. 14), Schedule 4, paragraph 18.
